Ms. Combs was born on June 7, 1925 in Fall River, Massachusetts. She was of the Episcopalian faith. Her parents, Steve and Sarah Combs, four brothers and one sister preceded her in death.

Family includes her sister, Shirley M. Biello, Warner Robins; nephew, Stephen D. Combs (Michele), Warner Robins; great nephews, Jesse Combs, Warner Robins; Stephen D. Combs, Jr. (Linda), Tennessee; great niece, Windy Combs, Warner Robins; and numerous other nieces and nephews in Fall River, Massachusetts.

Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Warner Robins Humane Society, 206 Bay Street, Warner Robins, Georgia, 31093.
