Ruth Studstill Smith

Ruth Studstill Smith, wife of Henry G. Smith, deceased, 76, passed away on Tuesday, July 17, 2007.

Mrs. Smith was born on December 8, 1930 in Eastman, Georgia where she attended Old Daniels Church. She worked for many years at Krispy Kreme Doughnuts. A wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and sibling, she enjoyed time spent with her loving family. In addition to her husband, their son, Guy Smith, and her parents, Ben and Berdie Studstill, all preceded her in death.

She will be missed by her daughter and son-in-law, Ruby and Billy Hopper, Albany; sister, Emily Herin, Augusta; brothers, Ben Studstill, Jr. (Elouise), Athens, AL; Lee Studstill, Macon; Edwin Studstill, Americus; six grandchildren, and twelve great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Thursday from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home.
Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, July 20, in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with interment following in Magnolia Park Cemetery.
