Chad Jeffrey Hughes, 45, entered into rest on Monday, October 15, 2012.

Chad was born on June 4, 1967 in Washington, Pennsylvania. He was currently and proudly serving his country in the United States Air Force with the rank of Senior Master Sergeant. A beloved husband and father, Chad attended Harvest Methodist Church and had a love for hunting, motorcycle riding, and rebuilding cars.

His memory will forever be treasured by his loving wife of twenty years, Kelly Lynn Hughes; daughters, Emily C. Hughes and Alyson R. Hughes; parents, Thomas H. and Carolyn Hughes; and siblings, Robert W. and Christopher W. Hughes.

Funeral Services will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 18, 2012 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at a later date in Arlington National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, 4899 Belfort Road, Suite 300, Jacksonville, FL 32256.
