Smsgt William Arnold, Usaf (Ret)

William "Bill" Arnold, 75, entered into rest on Tuesday, November 9, 2010.

Mr. Arnold was born on October 30, 1935 in Atlanta and had lived in the middle Georgia area for thirty-six years. With great pride and honor, he served his country in the United States Air Force for twenty-three years as an Aircraft Electrician, participated during the Vietnam Era, and retired as a Senior Master Sergeant. After his military career, he worked for Zantop and Publix. He was a member of Rose of Sharing Full Gospel Community Church in Macon. He loved hunting, fishing and especially his family. His brother, John Arnold; and father, John Arnold, preceded him in death.

His memory will forever be treasured by his loving wife, Margee Paskel Arnold; sons, Jeffery Arnold, Macon, Leonard Arnold, San Francisco, California, and Steven Arnold (Charlie), Perry; mother, Marie Rainey Arnold, Pittsburg, Pennsylvania; brother, Fred Arnold (Barbara), Clairton, Pennsylvania; sisters, Rose Bowman, Joyce King and Gwen Clarke, all of West Mifflin, Pennsylvania; grandchildren, Kevin Arnold (Nicole), Andrea Arnold, Teri Williams, Leonard Arnold, Jordan Arnold, Elliott Arnold, Tyler Arnold; and great-grandchildren, Jordan Arnold and Jakoby Arnold.

Visitation will be Saturday, November 13, 2010 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 13, 2010 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. Interment will be at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, November 15, 2010 at Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Milledgeville, with full military honors.
