Salve Cuyugan Fuss

Salve Fuss, 79, entered into rest on Saturday, January 19, 2019.

Salve was born on February 28, 1939 in Angeles City, Pam Pamga, Philippines to the late Ireneo and Natividad Cuyugan. She made the United States her home in 1967 and was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church and the Altar Guild in Michigan City, Indiana. As a military wife, Salve, supported her husband in his career and devoted her life to her beloved family. She lived a simple life and loved to garden, her roses being her favorite. She was also an excellent cook.

Her beloved husband of 24 years, Edwin Fuss; parents; and siblings, Antonio Cuyugan, Rosalina Cuyugan, Adelicia Cuyugan, and Virgilio Cuyugan, preceded her in death.

Salve’s memory will forever be treasured by her loving children, Teresa Callahan of Virginia, David Callahan (Tammy) of Warner Robins, and Gary Fuss (Jessica) of Michigan City, Indiana; granddaughter, Rachel Callahan Countryman (Brian); sister, Felicitas Cuyugan Dennis (James) of Warner Robins; brother, Gregario Cuyugan of Angeles City, Philippines; nephews, Col. Allen Dennis of Centerville and Col. Eddie Dennis of Orlando, Florida; niece, Diana Dennis Mizell of Okinawa, Japan; and special friend, Beverly Dennis.

Private services will be held at a later date in Michigan City, Indiana.

McCullough Funeral Home and Crematory has the privilege of being entrusted with Mrs. Fuss’ arrangements.
