Scott Henry Darby

Scott Henry, 28, entered into rest on Monday, April 28, 2008.

Mr. Darby was born on July 5, 1979 in Tampa, Florida. A 1998 graduate of Houston County High School, he was a landscaper with Unique Landscaping. He was a member of Shirley Hills Baptist Church, where he participated on the Men's Softball Team. He enjoyed showing livestock animals with his daughters, hunting and fishing.

His memory will forever be treasured by his wife, Amy Darby, Fort Valley; daughters, Hayley Cail, Bonaire, Olivia and Ansleigh Darby, Fort Valley; parents, John H. Darby, Jr. (Barbara), Tampa, Florida and Marsha K. Reynolds (Jimmy), Kathleen; sister, Crystal Stephey and brother, Glenn Stephey (Kristina), both of Tampa, Florida; maternal grandmother, Norma B. Sullivan, Kathleen; paternal grandparents, John Darby, Sr. (Linda) and Marge Hart, all of Tampa, Florida; paternal great-grandmother, Elizabeth Webster, Tampa, Florida; and many nieces, nephew, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A memorial service will be held at McCullough Funeral Home on Thursday, May 1, 2008 at 4:00 p.m. with the family receiving friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will be private.
