Sharon Leigh Pope

Sharon was born on January 11, 1953 in Norfolk, Virginia to the late Robert Fillmore Osborne and Evelyn Spivey Osborne. Sharon was a women of faith and loved the Lord. She also enjoyed spending time with her family. Her favorite pastimes included cooking and gardening. She had a green thumb and loved to grow both flowers and vegetables.

In addition to her parents, Sharon was preceded in death by her loving husband, Charles Barry Pope; and son Charles “Bubba” Pope Jr.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her children, Amy Alexander (Sean), Angela Denise Pope, and Sara Ann Brittany Pope; siblings, Olivia Tergensen, and Mike Osborne (Betty); and grandchildren, Ashlee Alexander, Johnathan Waldrop, Justin Pope, and Logan Pope.

A graveside service for Ms. Pope will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 8, 2018 at Magnolia Park Cemetery.

Flowers will be accepted or memorial donations may be given to Homestead Hospice, 500 Osigian Blvd, Warner Robins, GA 31088 in memory of Ms. Pope.
