Steven Paul Thomas

Steven Paul Thomas, 53, passed away on Sunday, September 17, 2006. Visitation will be Wednesday from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 21, in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with interment following in Andersonville National Cemetery.

TSgt. Thomas was born on May 22, 1953 in Saint Louis, Missouri. He was a member of Central Baptist Church attending the International Sunday School Class. Steven was a former member of Oakland Baptist Church where he enjoyed being a Sunday School Teacher. TSgt. Thomas retired from the United States Air Force where he served during the Vietnam Era and Desert Storm. He was employed in civil service at Robins Air Force Base. His father, Paul Ray Thomas, preceded him in death.

Survivors include his loving wife of thirty one years, Somjai Praditja Thomas, Warner Robins; children, Shiela Hodges (Joshua), Cheyenne, WY; Sean Thomas (Madeline), Duluth; mother, Betty Kelly Thomas, VA; grandchildren, Griffin and Parker Hodges, Cheyenne, WY; sisters, Sherry Gregory and Jeanine Vasquez, both of CA; brother Gregory Thomas, VA; sister-in law and brother-in-law, Pelonpit and Joe Martinez of Arizona.
