Susan Maddox Huckaby

On the evening of Sunday, June 5, 2016, Susan "Little Bit" Huckaby passed away at her residence surrounded by family. She was 36 years old.

Susan was born in Macon, Georgia and was a proud 1999 graduate of Houston County High School. She enjoyed listening to country music and riding Harley Davidson's, as well as caring for her dog, "Oreo." Susan was independent and had a very outgoing personality, never meeting a stranger. She had a special place in her heart for all children and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

She leaves her memory behind with her devoted and loving parents, Patricia and Nathan Huckaby, and her brother, Richard Maddox (Shannon), all of Warner Robins; grandmother, Betty Pedraza of Byron; nephew, Michael Maddox; aunts, Martha Crosby, Elaine Chastain, Linda Chavez, Mary Ella, and Emma Floyd; uncles, Hubert, David, and Nathan Maddox; and numerous adoring cousins and other loving family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 8th in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with visitation one hour prior to the service. Susan will be laid to rest in a private graveside service in Bakers Cemetery in Twiggs County.
