Sylvia Joy Arcangelini

Sylvia Joy Arcangelini, loving mother and grandmother, joined her beloved husband, Frank Arcangelini, in Heaven, on the afternoon of Tuesday, August 25, 2020. She was 83 years old.

Sylvia was born in McKeesport, Pennsylvania on October 16, 1936, the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Wardey Adams. Of the Catholic faith, she spent most of her life in Cleveland, Ohio and retired from Lakewood Hospital in Lakewood, Ohio as a respiratory therapist secretary. Sylvia was an avid member of the VCCA (Vintage Chevy Car Club of America) and loved to travel, especially to places with warmer weather. Additionally, she enjoyed making quilts, gardening, and being outdoors.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Karen Wassil; and her siblings, Mary Adams, Evelyn Findley, and Vincent Adams.

Sylvia is survived by her loving sons, Daniel Kantorczyk of Perry and Keith Kantorczyk of Warner Robins; grandchildren, Christopher and Alexandria Kantorczyk; great-grandson, Michael Kantorczyk; and brother, Joseph Adams of Aurora, Colorado.

A memorial service will be held at Sunset Memorial Park in N. Olmsted, Ohio at a later date. The service information will be announced later.
