Cecil F. Harris, 70, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Monday, June 8, 2020.

Born on September 13, 1949 in Manhattan, New York, Cecil was the son of the late Cecil Francis Harris, Sr. and Caroline Bowles Harris. He finally settled in Warner Robins 20 years ago where he became the “neighborhood grandpa” to all of its residents. Cecil was of the Catholic faith, enjoyed playing video games, and will be remembered for his kindness to everyone he knew.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Jeffrey Harris.

Cecil is survived by his ex-wife and best friend of 35 years, Karen A. Harris of Warner Robins, Georgia; children, Shree S. Isreal of Blythewood, South Carolina, Kevin A. Willingham of Atlanta, Georgia, and Marquita S. Harris of Tucson, Arizona; grandchildren, David, Ross, and Daylan Isreal, and Marzaiah Wallace; siblings, Cheryl Taylor of Huntsville, Alabama, Denardo Lewis of Charlotte, North Carolina, and Denise Harris and Clifton Harris, both of New York; a number of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins; and his cats, Tiger Lily and Tom.
