Tanya Leigh Ballew

Tanya Leigh Ballew, 45, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 1, 2018.

Miss Ballew was born on August 3, 1972 in Fort Walton Beach, Florida to Abe Ballew and Teddi Hunt Finch. A graduate of Warner Robins High School, she had a dynamic mind and excelled in mathematics. She kept her mind sharp by working crossword puzzles and Sudoku. Miss Ballew loved relaxing and spending time at home, and a light-hearted game of cribbage was always on her daily agenda. She was preceded in death by her sister, Keri Lynn Ballew.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her father, Abe Ballew of Brunswick; her mother, Tedi Hunt Finch of Warner Robins; her brothers, James Kervin Finch, Dustin Ballew, and Cris Ballew, all of Warner Robins; her nephews, Aadyn Elijah Finch of Brunswick and Elijah Wayne Lynne of Asheville, North Carolina; her aunt, Allyson Hunt of Warner Robins; and her life partner, Ronnie Whitlock of Warner Robins.

Visitation with Miss Ballew’s family and friends will be Saturday, May 5, 2018 from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. All other services will be private.

McCullough Funeral Home and Crematory has the privilege of being entrusted with Miss Ballew’s arrangements.
