Teresa Swain

Teresa Swain, 85, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, October 30, 2018.

Born in Lilly, Pennsylvania on November 13, 1932, Teresa was the daughter of the late Stanley and Ruth Riley Clay. She retired from Civil Service at Robins Air Force Base and was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Stanley Clay, Jr. and Rosella Clay.

Teresa’s memory will forever be treasured by her loving husband of 27 years, Willie Alton Swain; children, Florette Brinkman (Dale), Raymond Grogan, Terry Clark, and Ty Grogan (Kim); grandchildren, Shannon Luna (Robie), Shane Scott (Lindsey), Michael Clark (Jennifer), Matthew Clark, Michelle Clark, and Tyson Grogan; great-grandchildren, Corbet Luna, Fiona Davis-Clark, Roland and Lyra Clark, and Tanner and Braelyn Scott; sisters, Dorothy Rhawn, Ruth Latterner, Martha Olszewski, Sylvia Tranquillo, Patricia Dombrowski, Claudia Leaper, Mary Ann Albert, and Peggy Beck.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, November 2, 2018 at St. Patrick Catholic Church with Father Eric Filmer officiating. Afterwards, Teresa will be laid to rest in Parkway Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.
