Tracie Michelle Upchurch

Tracie Upchurch, 42, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Saturday, December 31, 2016.

A lifelong resident of middle Georgia, Tracie was born in Macon on July 8, 1974. A most altruistic and kind-hearted woman, she dedicated her life to being a wonderful wife to her husband, Andrew and dedicated mother to her daughter, Elizabeth. The never-ending love and support Tracie showed for her daughter was absolute as she delighted in watching her play soccer, getting manicures together, shopping, and watching Elizabeth grow into a young woman. Friendship Baptist was her church home.

She was preceded in death by her twin sister, Stacie Joiner; and grandfather, Robert "Pop" Freeman.

Tracie leaves her memory behind with her loving husband, Andrew Lee Upchurch and daughter, Elizabeth Upchurch, both of Warner Robins; mother, Barbara Jones of Macon; sister, Jaime "Nicki" Power (Armond) and parents-in-law, Charles and Pat Upchurch, all of Warner Robins; grandmother, June Freeman of Macon; Uncle Buddy, Aunt Patty, and Aunt Jane; and many friends that cared deeply about her. Tracie also leaves behind another daughter, Montana, who she lovingly opened her home to and adopted into her family.

Visitation will be Tuesday, January 3rd from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 4th in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with Dr. Tim Millwood officiating. Afterwards, Tracie will be laid to rest in Parkway Memorial Gardens.

The family will accept flowers or donations may be given in memory of Tracie to the American Mental Health Foundation, 128 2nd Place, Brooklyn, NY 11231.
