Survivors include his mother, Jennifer Leah Monat, Warner Robins; grandparents, Ed and Janice Ciesielski, Bonaire; grandmother and step-grandfather Mary and Mike Keller, Lewiston, MI; great-grandmother, Leah Mower; great-great grandparents, Loretta and Clarence Lack, Lewiston, MI; uncles, James Monat, CA, and Frankie Monat, MI; and step-aunt, Cathy Lack, MI.
