W. Lewis Robinson

May 3, 1946 — September 12, 2021

Walter Lewis Robinson went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on September 12, 2021.

Lewis loved and was loved by his family, church, church family, his friends, and his dog, Bucky. He loved deer hunting with his daughter, Kisha; grandson, Reed; and his best friend, Rick Nable. He also loved fishing with his wife; son, Joe; and grandson, Austin.

He was retired from Wonderlodge after 25 years and currently employed by George Morris RV. George was also a dear friend.

Lewis was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Mathilee Robinson; his brother, Harold Robinson; and sister, Mary Ann Wilson.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Judy Robinson aka “Sweetie Pie” of 41 years; daughter, Kisha Aultman; son, Joe Oakley; grandsons, Austin Valandingham and Reed Aultman. He is survived by four sisters, Liz English (Charles), Gracie Robinson, Ora Lee Rodriguez, and Benji Zeigler (Gene) as well as many nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.

Lewis had three bonus children, Randy Morris (Michelle), Candice Hutchens (Matt), and Ashley Nable. He also had bonus grandchildren, Sara and Abby Morris, Isaac and Luke Hutchens, and heavenly grandson, “Tuff” Poole.

Visitation with the family will be 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 17, 2021 at First Baptist Church of Haynesville. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor David Fisher officiating. Following the service, Lewis will be laid to rest at Perry Memorial Gardens in Perry, GA. For friends and family unable to attend,, the service will be streamed live via First Baptist Church of Haynesville Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/FirstBaptistHaynesville.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests donations be made to the First Baptist Church of Haynesville Building Fund, 2953 Hwy 341 S., Hawkinsville, GA 31036.
