Wanda Cook, 80, passed away on Saturday, January 6, 2007.

Mrs. Cook was born on March 23, 1926 in Pierceville, Kansas. She was of the Methodist faith. Wanda was an avid bridge player, a long-time member of the V.F.W. Women’s Auxiliary, and a long-time member of the Moose Lodge. Mrs. Cook retired from civil service at Robins Air Force Base. Her husband, Hewlette F. Cook: son, Michael C. Cook; and her parents, Kenneth Carl and Frankie Trott Snodgrass, preceded her in death.

Survivors include her children, Patricia Hinson, Warner Robins; Peggy Hancock, Albuquerque, NM; Theodore Cook, Warner Robins; six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Services will be private. Interment will be held in Andersonville National Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Association 277 Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. Macon, GA 31201-3498.
