William Philip Wagstaff

August 30, 1954 — January 13, 2018

William “Philip” Wagstaff, age 63, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 13, 2018 after a long battle with a chronic illness.

Philip was a United States Air Force Veteran. He retired from Bombardier Aerospace in Macon after 12 years of service.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Scott Wagstaff, and niece, Jill Nix.

Survivors include his mother, Julia Wagstaff; sisters, Melissa Nix (Jim), Sandy Riley (Joe), and Pam Bruce; brother, Kim Wagstaff; niece, Brittany Davis; nephew Scott Nix; grand-niece, Makenna Westberry-Nix; and grand-nephew, Anson Nix.

Visitation will be Tuesday, January 16, 2018, from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A funeral service will immediately follow at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home. Following the service, Philip will be laid to rest in Magnolia Park Cemetery.
