Agnes Slack, 84, died Thursday, January 3 at Summerhill Elderliving Home in Perry. A Memorial Mass will be held on Monday, January 7 at 10:00 am at St. Catherine's Catholic Church in New Haven, KY with interment following in St. Catherine's Cemetery. Visitation will be at Rust Funeral Home in New Haven,KY, on Sunday, January 6 from 2:00 until 7:00 pm. Rust Funeral Home can be contacted at 502-549-3308.
