Alice June Brantley

Alice Brantley, 80, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 12, 2018.

Alice was born on June 26, 1938 in Cordele, Georgia to the late William Oscar and Emma Wade Ray. She lived most of her life in Warner Robins where she was the foreman at Stainaker Plastics, Inc. until her retirement. Alice had a green thumb and enjoyed countless hours working in her garden. However, her greatest joy came from time spent with her beloved family. Her husband, Robert Lee Brantley, Jr. and children, Janice Marie Brantley and Thomas Brantley, preceded her in death.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her sisters, Annelle Ray of Warner Robins, Nora Bass of Warner Robins, Joyce Betts (Lamar) of Lenox, and Teresa Batten of Cordele.

Visitation will be Monday, July 16, 2018, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 17, 2018 in Sunnyside Cemetery in Cordele, Georgia.

The family will accept flowers or donations may be given in memory of Alice J. Brantley to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.

McCullough Funeral Home and Crematory has the privilege of being entrusted with Mrs. Brantley’s arrangements.
