Anthony Wayne "Tony" Wilder

Anthony "Tony" Wilder, 69, passed away on Saturday, January 30, 2016.

Tony was born on January 3, 1947 in Macon, Georgia. He worked for 28 years at Armstrong World Industries before retiring as a crewman. Tony always loved being outdoors; he would spend countless hours working in the yard. He also enjoyed drag racing and listening to gospel music. He was happily married for 47 years to his loving wife, Sandra (Hill) Wilder, of Fort Valley.
His parents, George and Lucile Wilder, and brother, John Wilder of Musella, preceded him in death.

In addition to his wife, Tony leaves behind two sisters, Cynthia Erdman and Eleanor Allen, both of Fort Valley; two brothers, Tim Wilder (Becky) of Fort Valley and George Wilder (Yvonne) of Lakeland, Flordia; a brother-in-law, Raymond Hill (Annette) of Byron; as well as several nieces, nephews, and many other family members.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, February 1, 2016 at Oaklawn Cemetery, with visitation one hour prior. Reverend Jeff Cummings will officiate.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be given in memory of Anthony Wayne 'Tony" Wilder to the Alzheimer's Association, 886 Mulberry St., Macon, Ga 31201 or to the charity of donor's choice.
