Aretha Parker, 74, passed away on February 21, 2007.

Mrs. Parker was born on May 9, 1932 in Eastman, Georgia. She was a member of Christ United Methodist Church. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Her parents, James C. and Georgie Atkinson; brothers, James E. Atkinson and Fletcher Woodard, preceded her in death.

Survivors include her husband, James A. Parker, Warner Robins; children, Connie J. Smith, Byron; Donna S. Overmire (Steve), Florida; Robert Parker (Rebecca), Perry; grandchildren, Kristy Clark, Cochran; Adam Parker, Perry; Olivia Parker, Perry; several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Thursday, February 22, 2007 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, February 23, 2007 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with a private interment following in Magnolia Park Cemetery.
