Barbara Showers, 76, passed away on Thursday, October 26, 2006. Visitation will be Sunday from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, October 30, 2006 in Parkway Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Showers was born on March 13, 1930 in Alamo, Georgia. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. Her parents, Jack and Naomie Ussery Johnson, preceded her in death.
Survivors include her husband, William Showers, Warner Robins; children, Barbara Ann (David) Smith, Barnesville; Damien Jack (Sabrina) Showers, NC; seven grandchildren, three great grandchildren, sister, Erma Mae Curl, TN; and a very special friend, Gladys Johnson, Dublin.
