Belinda Sue Beck

Belinda Beck, 56, finished her time here with us and, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, August 7, 2016. She fought a long courageous battle with cancer, leaving this world peacefully surrounded by her family.

Born on June 20, 1960, in Tokyo, Japan to the late Charles and Jean Clark Beck, Belinda was one of two children. Following high school, she attended Mercer University where she graduated with her Bachelor's degree in Business. Belinda worked at Houston Medical Center in the billing department. She was a member of Bonaire 1st Baptist Church and was very active in the Church Choir. Belinda could play any musical instrument she picked up. Her most favorite past time was playing cards which she most always won; and being a member of Toast Masters. Belinda had a love for all life, she helped everyone who came in contact with her by uplifting their souls.

Celebrating her memory are her sister and brother-in-law, Terri and Mark Gray of Byron; sister, Maria Bragg and family of Warner Robins; nieces, Elizabeth Beck, Katie Beck of Arizona; Jessica Green of Indiana; great nieces, Autumn, Abigail, Gabriella, Delilah; and multitudes of friends, buddies, co-workers, and care givers.

A gathering with Belinda's family will be held on Friday, August 12, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A Homecoming Celebration of Life will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 13, 2016 in Bonaire 1st Baptist Church's Family Life Center.
