Bernice June Smith

Bernice June Smith, 79, passed away on Tuesday, June 16, 2015.

Bernice was born on October 27, 1935 in Fingerville, South Carolina to the late Burness and Lelia Smith Waldrop. She was a member of the Church of Latter Day Saints where she played the organ. Bernice lived most of her life in Warner Robins, retiring from Wal-Mart, before moving to Washington five years ago. In her spare time she enjoyed gardening and spending time with family and friends.

Along with her parents; her sisters, Mildred W. McNair and Myrtle G. Johnson, preceded her in death.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her son, Jody Smith (Alison Schuch), and siblings, Kenneth Waldrop of Texas and Annett W. Jackson of Whitmire, South Carolina.

Private graveside services will be held in Magnolia Park Mausoleum. Bishop Dan Boland will officiate.
