Betty Lou Bailey (Morris), 84, of Kathleen GA, passed away on December 3, 2023. Born on January 5, 1939, in Beleek Knob, West Virginia, Betty was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and a faithful born again Christian.

Betty's infectious smile and joyful spirit could light up any room she entered. She had an unwavering love for life and a genuine warmth that impacted all who knew her. Betty's unwavering faith in the Lord was not only something she shared with others, She lived each day embracing the joy of the Lord, and her faith had a profound impact on those around her.

Despite battling dementia for ten years, Betty never allowed the disease to dampen her spirits. She faced each day with a smile on her face and laughter in her heart. Betty had an incredible ability to see the good in everyone and never focused on their faults. She was a true friend to all, offering love, support, and kindness to everyone she encountered.

Betty is survived by her loving children: Ed Bailey, Pat Bailey (daughter in law), Claude Bailey, Naomi Bailey (Daughter in law) Randy Bailey, Margaret Bailey (Daughter in law) and her favorite daughter, Michelle Frizzell, and Brian Frizzell (Son in law). Betty had 10 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Her memory will forever be cherished by her family and friends.

In her free time, Betty enjoyed engaging in word search puzzles. It was a hobby that brought her relaxation and mental stimulation. She would spend hours searching for words, finding solace in the simple pleasure of completing each puzzle.

A graveside service will be held in Bushnell, FL, at the VA Cemetery, for the family to bid their final farewell to Betty. She will be laid to rest with her husband Bruce that honors his service and sacrifice.

Betty Lou Bailey will be remembered for her unwavering faith, infectious smile, and her ability to spread joy to all who knew her. Her legacy of love and kindness will continue to inspire and touch the lives of those she left behind.
