Bettye Simpson Warren

January 27, 1935 — June 30, 2025

Warner Robins

Bettye Simpson Warren was reunited with her beloved husband, parents, and siblings in Heaven on the morning of Monday, June 30, 2025. She was 90 years old.

Born on January 27, 1935, in Millry, Alabama, Bettye was the daughter of the late Simeon B. and Ruby L. Simpson. She retired from Robins Air Force Base, where she served with distinction as a management analyst throughout her career in civil service.

A woman of deep faith, Bettye was a longtime member of First United Methodist Church in Warner Robins. More than anything, Bettye cherished her family. Her greatest joys came from the time she spent with her son and grandchildren. They were her world, and she will be deeply missed by all who were blessed enough to know and love her.

In addition to her parents, Bettye was preceded in death by her husband, Leo Warren; sister, Jewel Goodwin; and brother, Buford Simpson.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her son, Larry Warren (Nicole) of Perry; grandchildren, Reagan and Marli Warren; as well as a host of beloved nieces, nephews, other extended family members and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 3, 2025, in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. Bettye Simpson Warren will be laid to rest privately.
