Billie Joe Robinson

Billie “Robby” Robinson departed his earthly life on Monday, July 31, 2023, at the age of 90.

Robby was born in Dante, VA to the late Kemper and Mary Robinson. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter Debora J. Bazemore, two brothers, and two sisters.

His memory will forever be treasured by his wife of 67 years, Mary E. Layman Robinson; son, Carl Robinson (Marie); grandchildren, Crystal, Amber, Lindsay, and Joe; five great-grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two nieces and nephews; and many cousins.

Visitation will be Friday, August 4, 2023, from 09:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A graveside funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, August 4, 2023, at Magnolia Park Cemetery.
