Catherine Lovelady, 73, died Saturday, September 20, 2003 at the Medical Center of Central Georgia. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 24 at the Chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Centerville Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 Tuesday evening at McCullough Funeral Home.
Mrs. Lovelady was born in LaGrange, Georgia. She retired from the Golden Gallon convenient store as a cashier. Mrs. Lovelady was a member of the First Apostolic Word Church. Her parents, George and Gracie Short preceded her in death.
Survivors include her husband, Alfred Lovelady, daughters, Evelyn Gaines, Macon, Nellie Collins, Forest Park ; sons, Norman Rawls, FL, Richard Rawls, Jonesboro, Donald Rawls High Falls; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
