Cathy Lee Schultz

Cathy Lee Schultz passed away on the afternoon of Friday, July 19, 2019 at Medical Center Navicent Health. She was 67.

A lifelong resident of the middle Georgia area, Cathy was born in Macon, Georgia to the late Robert and Oudia Wilson Powell. She was a much-loved waitress for 22 years at Waffle House.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jerry Schultz.
Cathy is survived by her loving children, Troy Cofield, Jr. of Warner Robins, Lisa Fordham (Kevin) of Fort Valley, Ronald Cofield and Darlene Schultz, both of Warner Robins, Greg Schultz (Teressa) of Macon, Gail Voth (Doug) of Powder Springs, and Barry Schultz (Jana) of Warner Robins; grandson, Richard Taylor; sister, Barbara Veal of Wrightsville; and daughter-in-law, Dee Cofield of Macon.

Visitation will be Thursday, July 25, 2019 from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be given to a fund benefiting Cathy Schultz. These gifts can be made payable to McCullough Funeral Home with “Cathy Schultz Memorial Fund’ written in the memo line.
