Celia Jeanette Melvin, 80, died Thursday, December 28. Services will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, December 31 in the Chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with interment following in Macon Memorial Park. Visitation will be Sunday from 7:00 until 9:00 pm at McCullough Funeral Home.
Mrs. Melvin was born in Wilcox County, GA. She was retired from Middle Georgia Hospital in Macon where she was a nurse. She was a member of Elberta Baptist Church. Her husband, William D. Melvin, and parents, Joel and Ada Land Smith preceded her in death.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Cenith and Greg Evans; grandson, Charlie Evans; and granddaughter, Tiffany Evans, all of Warner Robins.
McCullough Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
