Charles was born on June 30, 1964 in Macon, Ga. A social person, he loved to talk and tell stories to his friends and family. He enjoyed cooking and fishing at Stokes Pond.
His parents, Charles Collier, Sr. and Charlene Watson, preceded him in death.
His memory will forever be treasured by his significant other of 18 years, Beth Lamb.
