Chelsea Annette Ramsell, 20, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, November 1, 2026.

Chelsea was born on December 2, 2005, in Hawkinsville, Georgia, to Michael Ramsell and Sarah Morgan. From the very beginning, she was always full of joy and laughter, lighting up any room she was in. Chelsea was born with down syndrome – while she was non-verbal, she was able to get her point across and left a strong impact on all who knew her.

Chelsea was a smart girl. She was a master builder with her blocks and enjoyed a vivid imagination. She also always enjoyed a good hamburger or a bowl of her favorite ramen noodles. Chelsea was a one-of-a-kind – she leaves behind a lasting impression on her family and friends that will not soon be forgotten.

Chelsea was preceded in death by her brother, James Ramsell, and her maternal grandfather, David Corne.

She is survived by her mother, Sarah Morgan (Sherman); her father, Michael Ramsell; her siblings, Cheyenne Elmore, Jaiden Morgan, and Timothy Sandoval, Jr.; and her grandparents, Deborah Cervantes, Catherine Lemaire, and Joann Curry; along with a host of extended family.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 7. 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home, followed by a Funeral Service in McCullough Funeral Home’s Chapel at 3:00 p.m.

The family will accept flowers or donations may be given in memory of Chelsea to a charity of your choosing.

McCullough Funeral Home and Crematory has the privilege of being entrusted with these arrangements.
