Hoke Gilmer, 75, entered into rest on Saturday, April 1, 2017.
Born on January 15, 1942 in Georgia, Hoke was the son of the late Hoke Smith and Gertrude Davis Gilmer. He was a self-employed craftsman who lived in Warner Robins most of his life.
In addition to his parents, his beloved wife, Louise Knight Gilmer and sons, James Hoke Gilmer and Hoke Clarence Gilmer, preceded him in death.
Hoke's memory will forever be treasured by his sons, Ricky Davis Gilmer (Tiffany) and Jeffery Thomas Gilmer; 12 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
At the family's request, his burial will be private.
