Clifton A. “Cliff” Howard, 53, passed away on June 22, 2026.
Cliff was born on August 9, 1972, in Fort Valley, Georgia. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force before settling down in Middle Georgia to raise his family.
As the owner and operator of Cliff’s Mobile Detail Service, Cliff was able to turn his passion for detailing cars into an avenue for making new friends, meeting celebrities, and meeting people from all over the world. His warm smile and hilarious ice-breakers always lit up the room and made people feel right at home when Cliff was around. He was also a bus driver, following the Cadwell Bus Line and Peach County School System for many years.
In his free time, Cliff enjoyed collecting model cars, going on road trips, and frequenting local flea markets. He especially loved visiting High Falls.
Cliff always made everyone feel as if they grew up together and would give the shirt off his back to anyone who needed it. He spread joy, happiness, and laughter everywhere he went. His strength of heart and spirit allowed him to make the best of any situation. No matter what cards life dealt him, he always managed to turn it into a winning hand. Above all, Cliff was a beloved father and friend.
He leaves behind his signature 100% guarantee or you got your dirt back free.
Cliff was preceded in death by his father, Jimmy J. Hughes, his mother, Brenda K. Hollis, and his mother’s partner, Lorrie Reagain.
Cliff’s memory will forever be treasured by his wife, Candice Howard; his children, Jakiel Griffin-Zanders (Kiara) of Leesburg, Jiya Howard of Warner Robins, Noah Howard-Williams of Macon, and De’Asia and Canighya Williams of Warner Robins; his grandchildren, Ja’Kyleen, Amiya, and Amia Collier and Nehemiah and Kayli Griffin-Zanders; his god children, Brittany and Naori Story; and his grandmother, Mary Morton Howard.
