Constance M. Shaw

Constance M. Shaw died Friday, November 7, 2003 at the Medical Center of Central Georgia. She was 56 years old. Visitations will be on Monday, November 10, 2003 from 11:00am to 1:00pm and from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at McCullough Funeral Home. Services will be private from 8:00 - 8:30pm at McCullough Funeral Home.

Mrs. Shaw was born on September 8, 1947 in Massillon, OH. She was a homemaker and an associate member of the Harley Owners Group (HOG). She was preceded in death by her mother, Eva C. Smith.

Survivors include her husband, Jack Shaw, Hawkinsville; her four sons, Jack Shaw, Jr. (Kimberly), Wisconsin; Brett Shaw (Lori), Perry; Paul Shaw (Nicole), Hawkinsville; Christopher Shaw, Hawkinsville; her father, William E. Smith, Ohio; her brother, Bill Smith, Ohio; her sister, Deborah Mason, Pineview; her brother, Frederick Michael Smith, Kentucky; her brother, Thomas J. Smith, Ohio; her sister, Carol Hasbrouck, Kentucky; her sister; Jacqueline Kingery, Ohio; and 11 grandchildren and a great granddaughter.
