Theodore Jay Monbeck, 63, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, July 25, 2021.
Mr. Monbeck was born on October 24, 1957, in Dayton, Ohio, to the late Quentin and Elaine Hartman Monbeck. He proudly served in the United States Navy for 22 years.
