Crystal Johnson, 36, passed away on Tuesday, August 4, 2015.
Crystal was born on December 31, 1978, in Macon, Georgia. She attended Ernest Saloom Academy in Macon. Crystal was a devoted homemaker, always caring for her husband and children.
Her mother, Patricia Burton Evans, and step-father Jackie Evans, preceded her in death.
Her memory will forever be treasured by her loving husband, Chad Johnson; children, Ryan Adams, Alyssa Johnson, Brittney Johnson; father, William Gregory; brothers, Phillip Astumian and Jeff Evans; and her beloved dog, Lady.
Visitation will be Sunday, August 9, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, August 10, 2015 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. Following the service, Crystal will be laid to rest in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.
