Daniel Conrad Briehl

Daniel Conrad Briehl, 83, passed away on Saturday, May 17, 2025.

Born on March 12, 1942, in Bellevue, Ohio, Daniel was the son of the late Joseph Anthony Briehl and Mildred Irene Briehl. Daniel dedicated much of his professional life to NASA as an aeronautical engineer where he worked for 37 years. He also enjoyed building and flying model airplanes.

In addition to his parents, Daniel was preceded in death by his siblings, Joseph and Anne.

His memory will forever be treasured by his wife of 57 years, Michele Kae Barnard Briehl; children, Daniel “Dan” Briehl (Emily) of Lizella, and Jeff Briehl (Nadine) of San Antonio, Texas; grandchildren, Savanna, Daniel, Dominic, and Dylan; sister, Toni Sabo; as well as several other beloved extended family members and friends.

A memorial gathering will be held on Friday, June 6, 2025, from 1700 to 1800 at McCullough Funeral Home. Daniel Conrad Briehl will be laid to rest privately.

The family will accept flowers or donations may be given in memory of Daniel Conrad Briehl to St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception Parish, 2680 Stoney Ridge Road, Avon, Ohio 44011.
