David Arthur Corne

On the morning of Monday, December 24, 2018, David Corne passed away at home. He was 60 years old.

David was born in Macon, Georgia on February 24, 1958 to Jeanette Freeman Corne and the late James Arthur Corne. He served his country in the Georgia Air National Guard and retired from Apollo Construction Company. David loved hunting, fishing, and searching for arrowheads in his free time. His good heart and willingness to help everyone will be remembered by all who knew him.

In addition to his father, he was also preceded in death by his sister, Dot.

His memory will forever be treasured by his loving daughters, Sarah Morgan (Sherman) of Crawford County, Angel Peel (Tyler) of Florida, Natasha Romoser of Kathleen, and Mary Stokes of Fort Valley; 16 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; mother, Jeanette Corne of Canton, Georgia; siblings, Nancy, Ann, Mary, Charlene, Wanda, Elizabeth, Joe and John, all of Georgia; and a number of adoring friends, nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

Visitation will be Monday, December 31, 2018 from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home.

McCullough Funeral Home and Crematory has the privilege of being entrusted with Mr. Corne’s arrangements.
