Debbie Miller Taylor passed away peacefully on Monday, November 3, 2025, at her residence, with her husband, Rayburn, by her side and her family and friends in her heart.

Debbie was born on October 6, 1951, in Louisville, Ky. She was a 1969 graduate of Warner Robins High School. She then graduated from Mercer University with a degree in criminal justice and earned her MBA from the Wesleyan College of Business. She retired from The Boeing Company. Debbie enjoyed worshipping at her church, playing pickleball and cards with friends, and spending time with her grandchildren.

 She was preceded in death by her father, George O. Miller, Sr., her mother, Anna Mae Scott Miller, and her brother, George O. Miller, Jr. 

Debbie is survived by her husband, Rayburn Taylor, her daughter, Jennifer Rawson (Chris), her granddaughters Amelia, Abigail and Isabella, her sister, Joy Carol (Phoenix, AZ), her nieces, Tracy Graves (Chuck), and Mary Helen Hayes, her great-niece Mollie Bradish (Kyle), her great-nephew Matthew Graves, and her sister-in-law, Cleo Mobley. 

A celebration of Debbie's life will be held on Sunday, November 16, 2025, at 2 p.m. at Byron Baptist Church, with a private burial following. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers, we encourage you to honor Debbie by making a donation in her memory to her church, Byron Baptist Church.
