Mrs. Leverett was born on January 31, 1961, in Stanfield, Arizona . Mrs. Leverett served 3 years in the United States army, and was also a member of the Papago Tribe of Arizona. Her father, Raymond Garcia, Sr., and sister Ann Garcia preceded her in death.

Survivors include her companion, Dewey Leverett Jr., Warner Robins; Her children, Nina Marie Leverett, Caleb Leverett, Cory Leverett all from Warner Robins Georgia; Her mother, Sarah Garcia from Stanfield Arizona.; Her brothers, Raymond Garcia Jr., Robert Garcia from Stanfield Arizona.; Her sisters, Christine Garcia, Marcine Blackwater Arizona City, Arizona; Lady Della Alverez, Stanfield Arizona; Brenda Zepeda, Casa Grande, Arizona, Julie Garcia, San Diego; Donna Garcia, Stanfield, Arizona; granddaughter, Niya Cochran.
