Donald was born on July 22, 1937, in Charleston, Missouri, to the late Henry and Christine Fox. After graduating from high school, he proudly enlisted in the United States Air Force, beginning a life of dedicated service to his country. During his military career, he served in the Vietnam War.
Following his honorable military service, Donald continued his commitment to the Air Force through civilian service. He worked at Robins Air Force Base as an Electronic Technician in the Civil Service, where he applied his technical skill and knowledge for many years.
Donald’s life was marked by service, dedication, and hard work. He will be remembered for his contributions to his country and his profession.
In addition to his parents, Donald was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Vowels Fox.
His memory will forever be treasured by his children, Susan Fox of Warner Robins and Jeffery Fox of Warner Robins; and sister Ruthann Feezer of Charleston, Missouri.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 15, 2026, in Magnolia Park Cemetery.
