Donna Traino joined her beloved husband of 45 years, Ronald Traino, Sr. in the afterlife on Tuesday, August 15, 2017. She was 69 years old.
Donna was born on May 1, 1948 in Oswego, New York. She lived most of her life in Fulton, New York, and spent the last several years living in Florida, Georgia, and Alabama to be closer with her sons. Donna devoted her life to serving her husband, raising their sons, and making their home a happy one. While in Mableton, Georgia, she was a devout parishioner of St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church and attended Sacred Heart Catholic Church while living Warner Robins, Georgia. Donna loved pigs, card games, Tupperware, shopping at thrift stores, watching T.V., and spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her husband and her father, Merwin Davidson.
Donna’s memory will forever be treasured by her loving sons, Ronald J. Traino, Jr. of Anniston, Alabama, Stephen Carl Traino (Jennilyn) of Warner Robins, and Thomas Merwin Traino of Anniston, Alabama; grandsons, Tristen, Gavin, and Arden Traino of Warner Robins; mother, Kathleen Gray of Pell City, Alabama; and sister, Cathy Sidman of Conway, South Carolina.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, August 21st at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with visitation one hour prior to the service. Donna will be laid to rest in Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery with her husband at 2:30 p.m.
McCullough Funeral Home and Crematory has the privilege of being entrusted with Mrs. Traino’s arrangements
