Doston Powell, 74, entered into rest on Sunday, January 12, 2014.
Mr. Powell was born on January 13, 1939 in Johnson County, Georgia and was retired from the Macon Housing Authority. He was an avid hunter and dog trainer. His parents preceded him in death.
His memory will forever be treasured by his wife, Dorothy Mae Powell and daughter, Charlotte Powell.
Family will greet friends Tuesday, January 14, 2014 from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. in Glen Haven Memorial Mausoleum with a Graveside Service immediately following at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests that donations be made to the donor's favorite charity.
