Edgar Lee "Eddie" Smith, Jr.

Eddie Smith, 71, passed away on Tuesday, August 8, 2017.

Eddie was born on August 14, 1945 in Washington, Georgia to the late Edgar, Sr. and Vallie Smith. A graduate of Warner Robins High School, Eddie worked at various meat processers as a meat cutter. Later he began his career at Star Service and Petroleum. He was a loving brother, uncle, and friend who will truly be missed by all who knew him.

Along with his parents, his sister, Helen G. Rozier, preceded him in death.

His memory will forever be treasured by his brother, George T. Smith of Warner Robins; nieces, Alana Logan Langley, Cara Shay Langley, Katie Brown, as well as other loving extended family members.

Visitation will be Friday, August 11, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 12, 2017 at Magnolia Park Cemetery where Eddie will be laid to rest.

The family will accept flowers or donations may be given in memory of Eddie Smith, to the American Cancer Society, 1552 Shoup Court, Decatur, GA 30033.
