Erin Nicole "Niki" Groce

Niki Groce, age 40, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, February 24, 2019.

Born on November 22, 1978 at Eglin Air Force Base in Florida, Niki was the daughter of George H. Groce of Rincon and Sarah Rollins Groce of Perry. She was the Clicklist Manager at Kroger where she was passionate about her job, employees, and customers.

A major fan of Georgia Southern Football, Niki was a season ticket holder who rarely missed a game – GATA! She also had a genuine love for animals, especially for her dog, “Nugget.” Niki’s fun-loving spirit and outgoing attitude were never in short supply; every Halloween, she went all out with costumes. She was also really interested in Marvel Superheroes and always looked forward to watching the movies. Niki will be remembered by all who knew her as a wonderful daughter, devoted sister, “fun aunt” and loyal friend to many.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her parents; her siblings, Holly Peavy (Christopher, Jr.) and Susan Horan (Michael); and nieces and nephews, Tia Peavy, Deana Walker, Dannyelle and Devin Green, and Madalyn and Abigail Horan.

A memorial gathering will be Thursday, February 28, 2019, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A memorial service celebrating Niki’s life will follow at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home.
