Family was at the center of Ethel's heart, and she delighted in every moment spent with her loved ones. She was a proud military wife and loved traveling the world. For several years Ethel worked as a Supply Technician on Robins Air Force Base until her retirement.

In addition to her parents, Ethel was preceded in death by her husband, Allen Winsor Beavers; and siblings, Helen Ashcraft (Carl) and Clyde Deaton; as well as her nephews, Jeff Ashcraft and Jay Deaton.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her children, Diana Parkerson (Allen) of Warner Robins, Georgia, and Kelvin Cannington (Patricia) of Navarre, Florida; granddaughter, Emily Cannington of Navarre, Florida; sister-in-law, Mary Rose Deaton; nieces and nephews, Kim Ashcraft (Terri), Tony Ashcraft (Tammy), and Wendy Smith (Paul); as well as her two furry companions, "Teddy" and Buffy," her beloved schnoodles.
