Becky Fender Stuckey, beloved mother, grandmother, and retired nurse, entered into eternal rest on July 23, 2025, at the age of 72.

Born on June 25, 1953, in Valdosta, Georgia, Becky was the daughter of the late William Arthur Fender, Jr. and Juanita Joiner Fender. A proud Georgia native, she carried her deep Southern roots and unwavering faith throughout her life.

After graduating from high school, Becky pursued her calling to care for others and earned her nursing license from Nursing School in Macon. She dedicated over 38 years of her life to Perry Hospital as a registered nurse, where her compassion and dedication touched countless lives. Even after retirement, her servant’s heart led her to continue giving back through volunteer work at the medical clinic in Warner Robins.

Becky was known for her selflessness—always putting the needs of others before her own. She cherished her family above all and was a constant source of love, support, and strength. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy, and she never missed an opportunity to cheer them on in everything they did.

A devoted follower of Christ, Becky’s faith guided every aspect of her life. She loved her Lord deeply and lived out that love through her kind spirit and generous heart.

Becky was also a passionate Georgia Bulldog football fan, never missing a chance to cheer on her Dawgs with enthusiasm and pride. She also loved traveling and cruises, always eager for her next adventure.

Her legacy of love, service, and devotion will live on in all who were blessed to know her. She will be deeply missed, but her memory will remain a light in the lives of her family, friends, and all those she so compassionately cared for.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her beloved husband, William Donald Stuckey, Sr.; children, William Donald Stuckey, Jr. (Kimberly) and Sarah Stuckey (Victoria Shepley); grandchildren, William Hunter "Liam" Stuckey, Hailey Davison and Taylor Self; and brother, Ira Fender.

A drop-in Celebration of Life with family and friends will take place on Saturday, July 26, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at The Farmhouse at McCullough Funeral Home.
