Floramann K. Whiting

Floramann K. Whiting, 78, died Saturday, February 22, 2003. Services will be held on Friday, February 28 at 11:00am at Trinity United Methodist Church with interment following in Andersonville National Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 6:00 until 8:00pm at McCullough Funeral Home.

Mrs. Whiting was born in Unadilla, GA, to the late Alexander and VanS King. A retired schoolteacher, she was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church and the OAC Senior Center in Warner Robins, GA.

Survivors include her husband, John Golden Whiting, Sr., Warner Robins; son, John Whiting, Jr., and daughter-in-law, Jessie Whiting, Conyers, GA; brother, Paul King, Bonaire; sisters, Peggy King Bumpus, Unadilla, GA; and Margaret E. Johnson, Brunswick, GA; granddaughter, Kate Whiting, Auburn, AL; and grandson, Charlie Whiting, Conyers, GA.
